Ordering and Shipping Information

All orders are accepted at FE Bennett sole discretion.

Prices listed are wholesale, do not include freight, handling fees, taxes, and/or duties, and are subject to correction or change without notice.

Payment and Credit Terms

FE Bennett accepts cash, checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For customers with established FE Bennett credit, payment terms are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment or pick-up.  All credit extended by FE Bennett to customer, and the limits of such credit, is at FE Bennett’s sole discretion, and may be reduced or revoked by FE Bennett at any time, for any reason. FE Bennett reserves the right to charge customer a late payment fee at the rate of one and one-half percent (1-1/2%) of the amount due for each month or portion thereof that the amount due remains unpaid, or such amount as may be permitted under applicable law. Shipping

Products are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, with freight costs paid by FE Bennett and charged to customer.  Any extra charges incurred for Additional Freight Services must be paid by customer. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer's only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Ordering Online

Orders submitted through the Portland Warehouse Catalog can be picked up at the store in NE Portland. The buyer will receive an order confirmation by email with the date when the merchandise will be ready for pick-up. If the buyer chooses to have the good shipped to his or her address, an email  with order confirmation and  plus the shipping charges will be sent within 24 hours. FE Bennett guarantees that only the most affordable carriers will be chosen. The shipping charges will be added to the invoice.

Orders submitted through the Universal Catalog will be shipped from one of our affiliate’s four warehouses. The buyer will receive an order confirmation which includes the shipping charges within 48 hours. The order will be processed only after FE Bennett will verify the credit of the buyer and the payment method. The order confirmation will include also the estimated lead time for delivery.
